IMPORTANT NOTE: ALL Registration is done online; however, you will still need to complete the forms below for each player that you are registering.

You can return the forms the following ways:
1.Bring to in person registration 01/20/2024 at Biggs Elementary School room 2, 9am-12pm
2. Bring to Evaluations- Minor, Majors, Juniors are the only ones required to try out.
3. Mail to PO Box 767, Biggs, CA 95917

If you are unable to print the forms, there will be forms available at in person registration, evaluations, or send an e-mail to [email protected] and we can mail you the form.
